A lot of us fall into the bad routine of not being able to put our phones down completely when it comes time to work. Little distractions like these can add up ultimately dragging out the amount of work that actually got done.

Some mindful tips that can improve your work productivity are as simple as starting to put your phone on “Do Not Disturb” for the given amount of time that you want to be working. From there you can incorporate different aspects such as listening to Lo-Fi music that can enhance mood and productivity, as well as investing in a good quiet environment to settle in before each work period.
